This product is a management system which record and query the usage of resources (material / parts,
equipment, human) in the process of production.
The recording and tracking are achieved by the fuctions as follows.
・ material lot number input
・ line station production
・ semi-finished products input / remove
・ record query
◆ Purpose
Although the production science and technology are highly developed today, the product quality
accidents still can't be avoided.
In many countries & regions new and clear requirements have been put forward about the
product safety, product tracking and in particular the tracking of the production process.
How to establish effective record system of material usage in the process of enterprise production,
and how to position the affected products rapidly when product quality problems occurred,
is an issue that all enterprises are paying more and more concern and attention.
This system was born under this requirement.
Using this system for production, when quality problems occurred, we can trace the whole production infomation, for example：
